How MegaForm works :

- The IT department creates the Electronic Forms, based on the corporate design, using the drag-and-drop, True Type Font support, WYSIWYG layout and graphics capabilities of MegaForm Design. These include the static and conditional integration of graphical and fixed and dynamic data elements.
- Spool data from existing applications or CSV files are remapped to the new electronic forms, using the mouse.
- MegaForm Print implements the electronic forms designed by MegaForm Design, by dynamically for-matting ASCII or Unicode data, merging from other sources as necessary, controlling conditions and bundling for different platforms. MegaForm Print also performs ulations and validations, and uses its own high performance drivers to produce print jobs optimized for the best use of your existing printing functionality and network infrastructure.
- MegaForm Server administers MegaForm Print. It supervises and selects print jobs for further process-ing, re-routes them to fax, 
e-mail, archiving or other systems, and can even combine the performance of a number of printers to increase throughput (cluster).
- MegaManage archives documents as they are generated, and makes them available to authorized users on the Intranet using a standard web browser. Simple searches help the user find documents according to type, printing date,indexed fields, or other criteria.
